Refund Policy – All Sales Final

1. All Purchases Are Final

All payments made to the clinic are final and non‑refundable. Once a purchase is completed—whether for treatments, services, home protocols, or laboratory testing—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Home Protocols (Medications, Peptides, Supplements)

Home protocol orders are processed immediately once payment is received.
Because these items are patient‑specific, prepared or allocated solely for your use, and cannot be returned or reassigned:

  • No cancellations, refunds, or modifications are permitted after the order is placed.
  • You acknowledge that these products cannot be reused for any other patient and therefore remain non‑refundable regardless of treatment changes, delays, or discontinuation.

3. Laboratory Testing

All laboratory tests—including kits, panels, and patient‑specific diagnostic services—are non‑refundable.

  • Lab tests are ordered per individual patient, and once the order is placed, the lab allocates resources specifically for that patient.
  • For this reason, no refunds will be issued for lab tests, even if the test is not completed, delayed, or if you choose not to proceed with treatment.

4. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this All Sales Final policy, including the non‑refundable nature of home protocols and patient‑specific laboratory testing.

Lost Packages or Wrong Deliveries

BodyScience shall not be held responsible for any lost packages or incorrect deliveries once the items have been dispatched from our facilities. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and safety of all deliveries, we cannot guarantee the actions of third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances that may lead to such occurrences.

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate delivery information at the time of purchase to minimize the risk of misdelivery. In the event of a lost package or incorrect delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the package or rectifying the situation. However, BodyScience will not be liable for any associated damages or losses.

Customers are urged to contact the carrier company promptly upon noticing any issues with their delivery, including but not limited to lost packages or wrong deliveries. The contact information for the carrier company can typically be found on the shipping notification or through their official website.

No Internet Sales Policy

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT RESELL, SELL, MAKE ANY REFERENCE TO PRICES/PRICING OR DISTRIBUTE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS USING THE INTERNET, ANY INTERNET SITE OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEDIUM OR DEVICE. CUSTOMER WILL NOT SUPPLY PRODUCTS TO ANY RE-SELLERS OR RETAILERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AMAZON.COM AND EBAY.COM.

BIOMEIQ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SALES TO CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME.

BIOMEIQ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE ITS STATUTORY RIGHTS TO RECOVER DAMAGES AGAINST CUSTOMER FOR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT.

bodyscience will make every effort to validate your shipping address and provide you with a recommended substitution. Please be aware that if the shipping vendor finds that there are errors or the address is undeliverable, you are agreeing to pay a $18 fee for address corrections and/or package rerouting.

Please note that international shipping is done at the customer’s risk. Once an order has shipped, bodyscience is no longer responsible for that order. In the case that an order is denied entry by customs, bodyscience is unable to issue a refund for the order amount or any shipping fees incurred. Products that are denied entry are not returned to bodyscience and are instead destroyed by local authorities, and it is for this reason that we are unable to refund an order that is denied at customs. For some orders, we are unable to provide shipping charges until after the order has shipped due to the billing amount originating from our carrier. Please note that this may be several business days after the order has left our facility.
